Skydiving

Skydiving by definition is the sport of jumping from an aircraft and performing acrobatic manoeuvres in the air during free fall before landing by parachute. We were both born into families of parachutists, and started learning at an early age: 17 for Fred (1996) and 15 for Vince (2000).

At that time, the end of the 90s, Freeflying was a new sport that was taking the world by storm. Right from the start, we were drawn to this new sport.

Our desire for precise and high-performance flights led us to compete. Between 2002 and 2009, both of us were members of the French National Team (Babylon). We remained unbeaten between 2004 and 2009.

Freeflying offers unlimited flight possibilities in all dimensions of space. It’s only limits are those of the human mind’s imagination: vertical and angle flights, in smaller or bigger groups, and more often than not, at high speeds.

Swooping is also one of our sports. This sport is part of Skydiving. The idea of this sport is to get the most out of acceleration under the wing to land with enough energy to fly as close to the ground as possible, for as long as possible. We’ve been doing this at the end of each jump for years. This enabled us to get into competitions as well as into mountain swooping. Vince is a specialist of freestyle landings and also includes “figures” into his landings.
